Historic District Commission Meeting

The HDC will meet at 45 W. High Street at 9:15 to review an application of Gary and Marilyn Stephenson to construct a porch, approve minutes of past meetings, and discuss relationship with Planning and Zoning Boards.  The Stephenson application for a building permit is attached.
